How much does the website cost?
This September there is no website build fee. The offer runs as a $49-per-month
subscription with a three-month minimum, then rolling monthly. Service begins at
launch, with the first $49 payment due at launch.
Do I have to pay after seeing the preview?
No. The homepage preview is free to review. You only proceed with the full website
if you choose to, and this September there is no build fee to pay.
What does the $49/month service cover?
It covers managed hosting, SSL, keeping the website online, and basic support.
Standard updates to your existing content are included: text changes, image swaps,
review updates, and contact or service-detail changes. New pages, new sections,
redesigns, and new functionality are quoted on request.
Do I own the domain?
Faircrest Studios registers and pays for your domain and documents your business as
its beneficial owner. On the standard plan it transfers to you on request once the
build is paid in full; on subscription plans it transfers with a completed buyout.
Can I request changes?
Yes. The build includes up to two consolidated revision rounds before launch. After
launch, standard updates to your existing content are included; new pages, new
sections, redesigns, and new functionality are quoted before work begins.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or search rankings. The
website is designed to present your business professionally and make it easier for
customers to contact you.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Additional pages, booking tools, advertising support, and ongoing SEO can be
added under a separate quote.
Can I cancel the monthly service?
Yes. The September plan has a three-month minimum from launch; after that it continues
as a rolling monthly agreement and can be canceled with 30 days' written notice.
Service and any billing date within the notice period remain payable. A signed
order form may contain plan-specific terms.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with all kinds of small businesses: trades and home services like HVAC,
plumbing, and roofing, as well as salons, gyms, clinics, auto shops, and other
local services.
Can you build more advanced or custom websites?
Yes. The Faircrest standard package is designed to cover the needs of most small
businesses. If your project requires more specialist functionality, such as bespoke
software, customer portals, complex integrations or custom web applications, we can
also build this and will provide a tailored quotation based on the project
requirements.
