September 2026 Offer (Temporary)
No build fee for websites started in September.
Websites started in September have no build fee (standard build fee $449). The offer runs on our monthly subscription terms at $49/month with a three-month minimum, then rolling thirty-day service. Buyout is available at any time under the standard buyout terms.
Service Overview
Managed websites for small businesses.
Faircrest Studios designs, launches, and manages professional websites for small businesses. Both plans include an agreed website build, managed hosting, SSL, routine maintenance, and basic support. Standard updates to existing content are included after launch. A suitable domain name is included: Faircrest Studios registers and pays for it, you are documented as its beneficial owner, and it transfers to you on request following buyout or full payment.
This page is a public summary. A signed Website Services Agreement and Order Form takes priority if its terms differ from this page.
Standard Build Plan
$449 website build. First month of service included.
The website build fee stated in the signed order form is due on signing unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. Managed service begins when the website launches. Your first month of service after launch is included. The first $49 payment is due one calendar month after launch.
Optional Monthly Start Plan
$74/month with no separate build fee.
Website development and managed website service are supplied as one subscription. The first $74 payment is due on the Subscription Start Date confirmed in the order form, whether or not the website has launched.
Recurring Billing & Cancellation
When monthly service ends.
Recurring charges continue until cancellation becomes effective. Cancellation must be sent in writing to the notice address stated in the signed order form. A failed card payment, chargeback, domain request, or simply no longer using the website does not count as cancellation notice.
The Standard Build Plan has no minimum term after launch and continues as a rolling thirty-day agreement. The Monthly Start Plan requires a minimum of six monthly payments, then continues as a rolling thirty-day agreement. For either plan, service continues until 30 days after valid notice is received, or until any applicable minimum is satisfied, whichever is later.
If a billing date falls before the effective cancellation date, the full monthly payment remains due. Monthly fees are not prorated or refunded except where required by law.
Monthly Start Buyout
A fixed route to website and domain ownership.
A Monthly Start client with a current account may request a buyout at any time. The price is $399 before 24 full monthly service payments have been received and $299 after at least 24 full monthly service payments have been received.
After the buyout and all other amounts due are paid, Faircrest Studios will transfer the client-specific domain under its control, where transferable, and provide a copy or export of the completed website files reasonably available from the current platform.
A buyout does not include third-party licenses, premium subscriptions, reusable Faircrest components, migration work, platform conversion, external-server setup, or post-transfer support. A buyout during the initial term does not remove the six-payment minimum.
Seven-Day Launch Review
Basic corrections are included after publishing.
For seven calendar days beginning on the date the website is published, the client may submit one consolidated written list of basic corrections or minor changes needed to align the live website with the approved scope.
Accepted launch-review items are completed in addition to the standard updates included with service. This includes typographical errors, incorrect contact or factual details, minor wording adjustments, and simple replacement of client-supplied images.
New pages, new sections, new services, a different design direction, substantial copy creation, custom functionality, and other work outside the approved scope are not basic corrections. Requests first made after the seven-day window are handled as standard updates or quoted separately.
Included Updates
Standard updates are included.
Standard updates to your existing content are included with monthly service on every plan: text changes, image swaps, review updates, and contact or service-detail changes.
New pages, new sections, redesigns, and new functionality are not standard updates. They are quoted on request and approved in writing before work begins.
Additional Work
Extra work is approved before it begins.
New pages, major redesigns, custom functions, platform migrations, extensive troubleshooting, and copywriting are priced separately. Faircrest Studios will provide a written estimate or quote for approval.
No additional work is billed without written approval.
Project Scope, Revisions, and Approval
The signed order form defines the page count, services, service area, launch target, and special inclusions. The standard build includes up to two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed direction. New pages, a new design direction, piecemeal revisions, and custom functionality are additional work.
A submission may be treated as approved when the client approves it in writing, instructs Faircrest Studios to launch it, uses it publicly, or does not provide specific written objections within five business days after an approval request.
The seven-day Launch Review Window begins when the website is published. Accepted basic corrections submitted during that window are completed in addition to the standard updates included with service. Requests outside the approved scope remain additional work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely, accurate business information, service details, contact information, claims, licenses, legal notices, text, images, reviews, and account access. Clients are responsible for final proofreading and for having permission to use all supplied material.
Client delays extend deadlines. A project may be rescheduled after a delay of more than 10 business days and paused after more than 30 days. Monthly Start payments continue during a client-caused delay.
Payment and Refunds
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless agreed otherwise. The signed order form states the applicable fees, payment timing, and any client-specific variation.
Build fees become non-refundable once work begins. Monthly Start fees are charged in advance from the Subscription Start Date. Under the Standard Build Plan, the first post-launch month of service is included; the $49 service fee is then charged monthly in advance beginning one calendar month after launch. Monthly fees, third-party purchases, and approved additional work are non-refundable once charged, ordered, or performed, except where required by law.
Late Payment and Suspension
Overdue amounts may accrue a late charge at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum lawful rate. After notice and any legally required cure period, Faircrest Studios may pause work, suspend hosting, disable forms or updates, withhold a transfer, or take the website offline until the account is current.
Website and Domain Ownership
Clients retain their pre-existing business name, logo, trademarks, supplied text, and supplied images. Faircrest Studios retains its reusable templates, frameworks, code libraries, systems, methods, and development tools.
Under the Standard Build Plan, the client owns the final client-specific deliverables after all build fees are paid, subject to Faircrest and third-party materials. A domain controlled by Faircrest Studios may be transferred when the account is paid in full. Migration, platform conversion, external-server setup, and post-transfer support are not included.
Under the Monthly Start Plan, Faircrest Studios retains ownership and domain control unless the client completes the published buyout. If service ends without a buyout, the website may be taken offline and no website or domain transfer is due.
Third-Party Services
Faircrest Studios may use third-party hosting, domain, SSL, analytics, form, mapping, plugin, content-management, payment, scheduling, font, stock-media, and security services. Their terms and technical limits apply. Faircrest Studios does not control their outages, policy changes, discontinued features, security incidents, data loss, or price changes.
Privacy, Legal Compliance, and Accessibility
Clients are responsible for their business licenses, advertising claims, industry disclosures, privacy notices, cookie consent, terms of use, accessibility duties, and other laws applying to their business. Faircrest Studios does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.
Common responsive and accessibility practices are used, but compliance with a particular standard or law is not guaranteed unless testing and remediation are expressly included in a signed scope.
No Lead, Ranking, or Revenue Guarantees
Faircrest Studios does not guarantee leads, calls, bookings, sales, revenue, reviews, search rankings, traffic, conversion rates, advertising results, or any other business outcome. The website is designed to present the business professionally and make it easier for customers to get in touch.
Ending Service
When service ends, Faircrest Studios may stop hosting, maintenance, support, form delivery, backups, and related services. Any permitted transfer must be arranged before service ends. Hosted data may be deleted 30 days after termination, subject to legal retention duties and third-party rules.
Referral Discount
When a business you refer launches with Faircrest Studios and begins paying for monthly service, your own monthly service fee is reduced by $10. The credit applies every month for as long as the referred business remains an active, paying customer, and ends if they cancel or their account lapses. Credits from multiple referrals stack, but your monthly fee can never go below $0.
Referral credits have no cash value and apply to the monthly service fee only, not to build fees or additional work. The referral must be named before the referred business signs; credits cannot be added retroactively.
Portfolio Use
Faircrest Studios may display a completed website, screenshots, business name, and a factual project description in its portfolio and marketing. A client may opt out of future promotional use in writing.
Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Faircrest Studios will provide the services with reasonable professional skill and care. Except for that promise and rights that cannot lawfully be limited, the services are supplied as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faircrest Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, leads, opportunities, search visibility, goodwill, or data. The signed agreement contains the complete liability cap, indemnity, governing-law, and dispute provisions.
